I empathise with that. I just detest winter and it’s limitations. Had daughter and family here yesterday but they left this morning so it was just right. It was nice to be busy actually and spoil them a little. Off up to Wiltshire to stay a couple of days with son and the other grandchildren tomorrow by train (hopefully)
I buggered off to the gym today on my own. Was going stir crazy 😂😂
It’s not a time of year I enjoy - I dislike the confinement/bunker aspect with everything closed and bad public transport (I always like to have options), but the weather when good and nature always see me through. Was nice to see my mum.
