I always feel a bit rambly on video posts because unlike writing, I don’t really think too much about what I want to say.

I suppose I just wanted to show everyone some beautiful scenery because not everyone is lucky enough to have it and to get the message across about not putting things off and getting things done instead of waiting for some ‘optimum time’.

There's perfection in a raindrop, no matter where it's about to fall, and in a flower even if it doesn't last. It's noticing that's the trick, and you're very good at that. Really enjoyed this video.

There is indeed.

I feel so blessed to have been able to go out for this walk this morning. For me it really is the best time of day. I didn’t even see a dog walker. The mist and bits of cloud are clearing now and it’s all pretty and blue .

Good!

I have been a whirlwind this morning. Have already made falafels for lunch and done the school run as well as my walk on the moors. I’m off to the gym again now.

I want to swim and move and just enjoy this beautiful energy I’m feeling. Hope you have a good one too xx

What a productive morning you had, that early morning start turbo charged you! Hope the gym was a good release too. I’ve just laid about reading in the sun all day, between the usual household stuff n childcare… aching from gym n it’s rare I get the chance! yoga this eve. xx

I was glad I got out early doors, got mega hot. After the gym/swim, I went to the supermarket, baked bread, had a cold shower (loving my cold showers atm, I’ve even been freezing my Lush shower jelly!!!) and then was time for the school run again….

Enjoy your yoga.x

You have a lovely voice too! This made me cry ,I don't know why but I think it was when you went to the bench it reminded me of my dad who had a very similar spot of his own a favourite to him in Derbyshire ,it really is beautiful qhete you are ,I hope many people see this post xx

Yes this bench has a lot of memories for me too. When it all kicked off with #shitshow I used to go and sit there, have some time alone. At one point there was even a little table that looked ‘dumped’ yet so fitting and I can’t remember if I took some wine up there one evening under the stars or if I just indulged the fantasy of it.

I feel blessed to be such a nature lover as maybe it is easier for me to find small joys in my day than for others I don’t know. Days like today make it effortless.

It is all 'perfect' really, everything is what you make it and how you see it :)

What a beautiful view! I miss hills :) we don't have many in Norfolk but that is beautiful too. I used to live on the South Downs, not has up and down as where you are but still pretty.

Yeah that’s just ten mins walk from me that view. So pretty and it’s a fab place to live.

Crave the sea these days but as houses go it served me well for a long time.

I have to live somewhere pretty. Feeds my soul.

Never been to Norfolk or the South Downs . Yeah plenty of hills around here.

I am 35-40 mins from the sea, not too bad. My walks are flat and fields (we have the same lines in the sky though ;) !) From the vids and pics you have posted it does look lovely where you are. x

I made this video so early, well….when I emailed, 6. 30am or something? But for me, having been up since 4.30am (those who remember me from Twitter know I’m

a massive insomniac), I was well in my stride 😂😂

Got back indoors then went to wake my son for school who was still fast asleep! (I’d left him with his dad before y’all go calling social services on me😂😂)

Bless you. I don’t always feel full of love and joy as I’m sure you don’t, but when we do, it’s just good manners that we share it and try to infuse others with that energy xx
