Most of the recent posts I have seen doing the rounds, have centred on the usual principles - why free speech needs protecting. I would personally say, fully reinstating.
But a point I haven’t seen made, that I attempt to make here, is the distrust aspect.
The fact that many of us have done the research. We’ve followed the money trails.
And it’s bloody chilling.
Not only do we reject a nanny state.
But that we think those applying for the job make shit nannies.
‘Shit nannies’. Quite right. It occurred to me during the past few years that the people who have the arrogance and self absorption to worm their way into positions of ‘authority’ over us, those creatures clearly without moral compass, are absolutely the worst ones to hold those positions.
That phrase pisses me off as well actually. (No offence to you personally, I’ve probably used it in the past too)
“The right side of history”
As though anything will ever be that cut and dried. It’s like *the* science. The idea there is only ever one conclusion to be drawn.
I don’t want to be on any side. I want to form part of a rich human tapestry where beautiful gold thread sits beside the fuck ups and the dropped stitches.
Fair point. If the internet as we know it exists into the future, then I’d prefer it to be as apple pie as you describe - but it’s not like the future is ever an end point, and history will always contain the multitudes of good, bad and ugly that came before.
Absolutely. My decisions and judgements for myself and my family over the last 4 years have had far better outcomes than the official advice of elected officials, scientists or news organisations in that time. Why the fuck would I want to outsource that ability!? 🤣
A really good piece. It is that simple; we want to retain the right to decide what we see & hear, in order we can decide and think for ourselves. Why on earth would we want someone to do that for us? The old adage of ‘I may not agree with what you have to say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it...’ rings absolutely true.
But then, we know why they want to only provide us with one source of information, don’t we!? This is ultimately the goal of the Luciferian elites.
I think society has been so disabled by those in control that it feels it needs ‘taking care of’ more than ever before.
The circle feeds itself. We must break it.
Once you accept you do a better job looking after yourself than any elected or appointed leader, then you grow stronger, trust in your own judgement a little more and want rid of all of these phoneys.
Could have gone on and on with this one but wanted to keep it fairly succinct so more people would read it and think. The best learning occurs when we ask ourselves questions.
Just to point out to those new to my Substack, I am apolitical. I have no horse in the race. I want done with ‘the race’.
You can read more about why this is, here.

Exactly. ‘Shit nannies’ is an understatement.
They are like the cast of Rosemary’s Baby.
Not much I can say except I agree the F out of it. This piece is from the heart, the brain and, hopefully, the right side of history.

Exactly. It’s always a work in progress.
The main thing I think, is that it’s all visible and all attempts to hide or wipe it are thwarted.
Shame you're not my real-life neighbour!
Yes it is xx

Superb comment.
Thank you Anthony.
I keep thinking “and another thing…..”
