We are so unkind to ourselves sometimes, Julie! I actually wrote a song the other day that hubby & I are working on now, very much along the self worth lines. I’ve been most unkind to myself and it’s taken a lot to ‘change my t shirt’. Well done to you - you are most certainly worthy xx
