How lovely. You’ve got some great stories to tell. I remember having Indonesian food for the first time in Amsterdam back in the 80s. I think we had about 19 little dishes of food then drinking brandy afterwards. 🤢

Only a year in the end. I got offered a job in Hawaii so how could I say no, you know….

I was really hooked! Wonder how Tom & Nicolas panned out! Pretty exciting for someone who has always stayed at home! As I can't stand ppl talking in other languages, really does my head in

I believe they split up sadly.

It’s almost more miserable hearing of someone else’s break up than enduring one yourself because when (as in this case) you see only the perfection of something without the cracks, it seems like even more of a shame.

I enjoy recounting memories, especially fond ones like that. So many people lift like pop up books when I open them . Like Elaine. She was a funny fish - had specific voices she used for various people in her family - always spoke in a Scottish accent to her mother, slightly common to her brother….bloody odd😂😂
