Powerful words, Julie. We just never seem to learn do we…how can this response be anything other than the same heartbreaking violence that killed those beautiful girls. My heart aches for everyone….may we each walk this earth in tender loving care 🙏
I think from the point of view of the perpetrators, it’s all about ‘showing them’ . Whilst I can sympathise to some extent with their views about ‘stopping the boats’ and the very real culture clashes, violence is not the answer. It doesn’t sit well in the heart at all.
The people of Southport know that they will not see justice. It is, as you say, sad to see the violence but the DIE driven elites have been waiting for this moment to accuse us of white right wing extremism.
Thats why i reject this whole ‘them’, ‘us’, ‘truther’, ‘normie’ nonsense. I am my own person and need no leader. No-one carrying out that sort of thing is on my ‘side’. They can fuck off.
And also Janette what the people supporting the violence are also doing is playing into the hands of those calling for the further tightening of social media and ‘disinformation’. People can be dumb as rocks sometimes sadly. 💔
Yes I believe that you misunderstood my comment. I was referring to your comment about what the mother said. I assumed that she was saying that she did not want further violence in response to the attack on her child.
Children are dead. Siblings and parents are literally and figuratively scarred for life. Go pat them on the back and tell them to just keep being loving people. I agree that violence and/or vengeance are the wrong response. But the first role of any government is to provide for the safety of the people that put that government in power.
One of the mothers came out and said she wanted no more violence so her wishes matter.
I agree the government need to do more to protect people from crime. I also think they and the media have handled the whole thing badly. But the more these groups rise up kicking off in the name of ‘defence’, the tighter the laws will become and before we know it we will have digital IDs, social media tightened up, all sorts. I think kicking off plays into the hands of them constructing their digital prisons.
And if wishes were horses…I don’t think that borders prelude doors. Nor do I believe that any step towards a secure population must always lead to extremes such as you mention. To assume that any action to improve citizens’ safety leads to a police state or a prison-like environment is to, at best, vote for the status quo.
Heartbreaking 💔
The first wave was heartbreaking. This new wave, completely disgusting and playing into the hands of those with nefarious intentions.
Beautiful words 🤍
Thank you. Let’s spread love x

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Wtf is going on Trudi?
And so more are siphoned off at yet another hurdle…..sigh!💔
It needed to be said.
As many people as possible need to say something similar to counteract all the hate that’s rising.
It’s awful.
Love you Julie 💚🤗
It’s making me cry the way this is playing out. The lives of those girls now being weaponised in the way they are. Just horrible.
Love to you xx
Important words Julie. Violence is only going to make matters much much worse and will feed the monster. Keep the moral high ground.

The news shattered me. It's just awful. I wrote about it too. I can't seem to let go of it. They were just children.
It’s horrific. Love is how we move on. It has to be xx
I know 😔

Have I misunderstood? You think the violence that took place will lead to a secure population?
