Born to be Golden
A little musing for your day
Imagine you are given a wonderful gift, a living thing, miraculous and precious.
How are you going to raise it?
Where will it best thrive?
What will you feed it?
How will you safeguard and protect it?
WE ARE given this gift everyday.
Our energy!
We get to choose where we put it, who with, how we nourish it.
Sometimes we’ll get it wrong.
We place it in the wrong environment, entrust it to the wrong people.
Give fungus the conditions it likes and it will take over entire buildings with its rampant ugliness.
Picture how black mould spreads. How toxic, unattractive and suffocating.
How it makes people sad and sick, SIMPLY BY EXISTING!
On the other hand…..
Sprinkle a few flower seeds and they can soon blanket an entire field by reseeding.
Picture a sunflower meadow in full bloom, so full of vitality, warmth and radiance. How the bees and butterflies flock and feed!
How it spreads joy, SIMPLY BY EXISTING!
Which will you cultivate?
What are you wanting to grow?
Both love and hate easily flourish given the right conditions.
Practice speaking the words of your brain through the veil of your heart.
Whatever change you are wanting to effect, whoever you are wanting to influence, you do this best through a guise of love.
Your energy is precious. Don’t waste it.
You were born to be golden 💛
